Our client company EXTRAVEGA has been operational for close to 40 years and helps architects and general contractors deliver their dreams both in the US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. The focus has always been on delivering unique and extremely high-quality items like monumental staircases, storefronts, high-end facades, custom interiors, from a single door handle to entire home furnishings, custom doors, windows, and parapets with curved oversized glass up to 20 meters, and special metal structures and finishes. Their projects are normally extremely demanding to realize, and they especially love when it has never been done before. Check their designs on their webpage. As the company is expanding, they are looking for a new productive member for GERMANY.

Tasks

What will your role be

You will be working independently, and your job will be to find potential clients (individuals, companies, restaurants, etc.) who are interested in building something extraordinary. Your task is to connect with them and spark their interest in meeting with our team of architects, engineers, etc., who will then finalize the deal and work closely with the client to bring their vision to life.

This is a part-time, commission-based position. The reason for the commission-based structure is that your earnings could range from high to very high, depending solely on the size of the project you help to initiate that converts to a final close sale. While you control how much time you dedicate to this role, the company will require periodic statistics to show how effectively you're using that time to bring in new clients.

You don't need to be an expert in architecture, construction, or interior design; however, having some hands-on experience in one of these areas is good to have as it makes your initial meetings with clients more valuable.

Requirements

Who are we looking for

You could either have your own business with strong contacts in the carpenter or construction industry, or you may be working elsewhere but have some free time and want to act as an agent for Germany. Regardless of your background, you must be persistent and have a proven track record of selling projects that take several months or even a year to close. You should be someone who appreciates aesthetics and enjoys helping clients bring their visions—no matter how ambitious—into reality. As you will be looking for new clients in the German market, a good level of German language is a MUST.
