Your mission
We're transforming an entire industry – join us in making this change together!
(Senior) DevOps-Engineer (m/w/d)
Permanent employee, Full-time · München
Your mission
We're transforming an entire industry – join us in making this change together!
You made my day – with our innovative and industry-disrupting platform, we're already providing access to a new, sustainable, and self-directed working world for numerous individuals globally. Simultaneously, our software offers our clients a completely virtual and market-revolutionizing customer service.
Be part of the revolution – Germany-wide remote or in our offices in Munich, Berlin or Sofia.
- Development Experience: As a (Senior) DevOps Engineer (m/f/d), you are part of a cross-functional team and ensure the continuous improvement of the development experience, laying the groundwork for delivery via Docker & Kubernetes.
- Containerization: You make our application Docker and Kubernetes ready, write the appropriate HELM charts for our services, and create, maintain, and optimize our CI/CD pipelines.
- Ownership: You accompany the entire process, from concept development through testing to go-live. At the same time, you act as a competent contact person for our project managers, provide feedback on user stories, and are a supportive team member for your colleagues.
- Continuous Improvement: You set ambitious quality goals and new initiatives for the deployment and operation of existing web applications, thus supporting the continuous development of the tech department.
Your profile
- You have relevant education or a degree in the tech field and are willing to occasionally travel to our locations in Munich, Berlin, and Sofia.
- You have extensive experience with the deployment and operation of microservices in a Kubernetes cluster, including HELM charts and service meshes.
- You have comprehensive experience with release, testing, and development processes and possess practical Linux knowledge.
- You are skilled in handling version control systems (Git) and continuous integration and delivery systems (e.g., Gitlab CI, Github Actions, etc.).
- You act solution-oriented, think both responsibly and pragmatically, and enjoy solving complex challenges. You are an absolute team player and have a good sense of humor.
Why us?
- Opportunity: From day one, you have the chance to shape one of the fastest and most profitably growing startups and leave your footprint.
- Responsibility: You will act directly in contact with our Head of IT as well as the founders in a highly diverse position that challenges your skill set, initiative, and drive for success.
- Innovation: You will work in an exciting environment that is turning an established and stagnant market upside down – and we provide you with a performance-oriented and motivated team as well as state-of-the-art technologies.
- Footprint: You will work with us on the three global trends: Future of Work, Sustainability, and the Sharing Economy – together, we are changing the world for the better.
- Values: We see ourselves as a dedicated scale-up family that lives by its values of courage, authenticity, and sustainability. Show us how bravely you face the challenge to celebrate sustainable successes with us.
