Voize is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and scale our platform and infrastructure from cloud to edge. You will enable product and ML teams to ship healthcare AI securely and reliably across Europe, including hospitals and care facilities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience operating Kubernetes in production environments.
• Familiar with GitOps workflows and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong monitoring/observability stack knowledge is required.
• Deep understanding of encryption and secrets management.
• Solid CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance experience.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.

Aufgaben

• Own and operate Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS, bare-metal K3s, on-prem) with GitOps and IaC.
• Manage lifecycle of on-prem gateway appliances, including VM images and TLS automation.
• Build and maintain monitoring/observability stack across cloud and edge environments.
• Drive security hardening, access controls, and encrypted secrets management.
• Support ML training and data processing infrastructure, including GPU clusters.
• Handle incident response and post-incident reviews.

YOUR MISSION: DELIGHT CUSTOMERS, OPTIMIZE PROCESSES!

As Senior DevOps Engineer, you will build and own voize's platform and infrastructure from cloud and edge systems to ML data pipelines; ensuring our systems are secure, reliable, and compliant. You will enable product and ML teams to ship state-of-the-art healthcare AI with confidence to hospitals, care facilities, and mobile devices across Europe.

YOUR DAILY BUSINESS - NO TWO DAYS ARE ALIKE

• Own and operate our Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS production, bare-metal K3s for ML training, on-premises appliances running K3s) using GitOps (FluxCD) and Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Ansible)
• Manage the lifecycle of on-premises gateway appliances deployed at customer sites - VM image builds, TLS certificate automation, staged rollouts via GitOps
• Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability infrastructure (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry) across cloud and edge environments
• Drive compliance automation - security hardening, access controls, audit logging, encrypted secrets management (SOPS/KMS)
• Support and scale ML training and data processing infrastructure - GPU cluster management, training job orchestration, and data pipeline reliability
• Incident response - detection, triage, resolution, and post-incident reviews

YOUR SKILLSET - WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Excellent experience operating Kubernetes in production
• Experience with GitOps workflows and IaC
• Experience working with monitoring and observability stacks
• You have a deep understanding of encryption, access controls, secrets management
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance
• You are open to taking shifts in on-call rotations
