Zusammenfassung

voize is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and own its platform and infrastructure—from cloud to edge systems and ML data pipelines. You will ensure security, reliability, and compliance while enabling product and ML teams to deploy healthcare AI across Europe.

You will operate Kubernetes clusters, drive automation, and support ML workloads with a focus on robust observability and incident response.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent experience operating Kubernetes in production.
• Proficiency with GitOps workflows and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Strong background in monitoring and observability stacks.
• Deep understanding of encryption, access controls, and secrets management.
• Solid experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.

Aufgaben

• Own and operate voize's production Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS, on-prem K3s) with GitOps and Terraform.
• Manage lifecycle of on-prem gateway appliances, including VM image builds and TLS automation.
• Build and maintain monitoring/alerting stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry) across cloud and edge.
• Drive security hardening, access controls, audit logging, and encrypted secrets management.
• Support and scale ML training/data processing infrastructure (GPU clusters, job orchestration).
• Lead incident response: detection, triage, resolution, post-incident reviews.

As Senior DevOps Engineer, you will build and own voize's platform and infrastructure from cloud and edge systems to ML data pipelines; ensuring our systems are secure, reliable, and compliant. You will enable product and ML teams to ship state-of-the-art healthcare AI with confidence to hospitals, care facilities, and mobile devices across Europe.

Your Daily Business - No two days are alike

• Own and operate our Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS production, bare-metal K3s for ML training, on-premises appliances running K3s) using GitOps (FluxCD) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Manage the lifecycle of on-premises gateway appliances deployed at customer sites - VM image builds, TLS certificate automation, staged rollouts via GitOps
• Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability infrastructure (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry) across cloud and edge environments
• Drive compliance automation - security hardening, access controls, audit logging, encrypted secrets management (SOPS/KMS)
• Support and scale ML training and data processing infrastructure - GPU cluster management, training job orchestration, and data pipeline reliability
• Incident response - detection, triage, resolution, and post-incident reviews

• Excellent experience operating Kubernetes in production
• Experience with GitOps workflows and IaC
• Experience working with monitoring and observability stacks
• You have a deep understanding of encryption, access controls, secrets management
