At Gauss Robotics, we are making robotics a commodity by automating the engineering processes behind it. Our automation platform combines artificial intelligence, cloud-native infrastructure, simulation technology, and robotics to dramatically simplify how robotic systems are designed, deployed, and operated.
Unlike many software companies, our systems do not stop at the cloud. The infrastructure you build will power real robotic systems performing work on the shopfloor of factories.

Someone who understands cloud architecture, networking, distributed systems, Kubernetes, and software engineering. Someone who can make architectural decisions, write production code, debug complex systems. Someone who takes ownership.

This full-time position is based in Braunschweig. While we offer hybrid flexibility, we value in-person collaboration and expect team members to be on‑site 2–3 days per week.
Most importantly, you are someone who follows problems all the way to their root cause. You do not stop when a workaround has been found. You keep digging until the underlying issue is understood and permanently fixed.
