Our client is a growing SaaS company who are growing their engineering teams to develop a suite of new AI powered products. They are looking for an experienced DevOps engineer to join their team.

In this role, you’ll help shape and operate our infrastructure, ensuring it remains stable, reliable, and highly optimized. You’ll play a key role in enabling teams to move fast with confidence.
Own and evolve both low- and high-level infrastructure using a fully GitOps-driven, Kubernetes-native approach. Our stack includes Flux2, Crossplane, and a mix of first- and third-party Kubernetes operators.
Operate and scale microservices architectures on Kubernetes, and support product teams with application deployments and best practices.
Provision, upgrade, and maintain Kubernetes clusters using kOps and Cluster API.
Manage cloud resources on AWS with Crossplane and Terraform.
Design, build, and maintain fast, reliable CI pipelines using GitHub Actions to support frequent and safe releases.
Implement and refine monitoring, tracing, and profiling to ensure application health and performance. Our tooling includes Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, and Pyroscope.
Lead incident response, perform root cause analysis, and drive system recovery and long-term improvements.
Continuously improve the platform through cost optimization, security enhancements, and better developer experience.
At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with Kubernetes. You understand its internals and operational best practices.
You treat the platform as a product for developers and users, taking responsibility for what you build and operate.
Familiarity with Kafka in a microservices environment is a plus. We use the Strimzi Kafka Operator to manage our clusters.
Experience building or maintaining Kubernetes controllers in Go, including developing custom controllers from scratch.
You focus on building systems that are reliable, understandable, and easy for others to use and maintain.
