We are currently recruiting for the role of Senior DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) at a fast growingSaaS/ Fintech company.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing their cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes. You will work closely with their development and product teams to ensure a scalable, secure, and highly available platform for international clients. Your expertise in modern cloud and automation technologies will help actively shape the technical future of the company.

We are looking for experienced DevOps professionals who, in addition to technical know-how, bring initiative, team spirit, and a passion for innovation. You should enjoy taking responsibility, questioning processes, and developing new solutions together with the team.

| MUST-HAVE SKILLS

* More than 4 years of professional experience in the DevOps field

* Strong experience with at least one public cloud (AWS or GCP or Azure)

* IaC experience with Terraform or Ansible

* Experience working with Kubernetes, Helm and GitOps

* Scripting experience with Bash, Python

* Excellent English skills (C1) and good German skills (B2)

| WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Design, implement, and operate our cloud infrastructure based on AWS and Azure.

* Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient and secure software delivery.

* Take responsibility for automating infrastructure and deployments using Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps principles.

* Monitor, analyze, and improve the performance, reliability, and security of our platform.

* Work closely with software developers, product, and support teams to solve technical challenges and roll out new features smoothly.

* Document processes and ensure knowledge transfer within the team.

* Actively contribute to the further development of our DevOps strategy and technical roadmap.

* You have a degree in IT or a comparable qualification.

* You have solid experience working with cloud infrastructures, ideally in international SaaS environments.

* You work in a structured, independent manner and are open to new technologies.

* You are eager to continuously develop yourself and your environment and take on responsibility.
