Senior DevOps Architect (m/f/d)

Up to 95% remote work is possible; 5% on-site in Düsseldorf is required.

Your Tasks:

• Design and implement advanced CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitOps, and other relevant tools.
• Lead deployment and scaling of applications with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless software delivery.
• Manage and optimize cloud resources on Microsoft Azure for cost-effectiveness, performance, and security.
• Promote best practices in DevOps, including infrastructure as code, automated testing, and monitoring.
• Stay updated with the latest DevOps trends, tools, and practices for continuous improvement.
• Advise and guide teams on DevOps tools, methods, and best practices.
• Work in an agile environment with cross-functional teams to meet DevOps requirements.
• Contribute to various projects in digital technology, including Industry 4.0 and Robotic Process Automation.
• Support digital transformation efforts by advancing implementation strategies.

Your Profile:

• Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience and Know-how: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or similar roles, with proven success in large-scale solutions. Relevant certifications in DevOps, Kubernetes, or Azure are advantageous.
• Capabilities: Expertise in GitHub, GitOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and Microsoft Azure. Experience designing robust CI/CD pipelines, containerization, orchestration, and cloud security. Familiarity with infrastructure as code and agile practices. Commitment to continuous learning.
• Personality: Analytical, solution-oriented, an effective communicator, and collaborative.
• Working style: Self-motivated, passionate about automation, adaptable, and eager to stay current with DevOps developments.
