We are looking for a creative team player who enjoys making a difference in a dynamic, international environment and who can advance our collections. The highly motivated BOSS WOMENSWEAR team is eager to meet you!

What You Can Expect

• Research and development for the respective MPG based on the creative briefing by Concept Design and CFW by Brand Management
• Handling multiple categories and/or capsule collections
• Proactive strategic thinking regarding performance, design, and direction of MPG or capsule collections
• Development and execution of sketches, fabrics, and ideas, managing fitting sessions and collection deadlines
• Collaboration within collection development with Concept Design, Graphic Design, Brand Management, Fabric Management, Collection Coordination, Pattern Design, and Technical Product Development to create the right assortment
• Preparation, management, and presentation at milestone meetings (internal/external)
• Continuous research of trends and innovations, including competitor benchmarking
• Leading designers and coordinating with Heads of Design and other interfaces during the collection design process
• Implementation of the company's strategic guidelines
• Analyzing and improving processes and workflows within collection development

Your Profile

• Degree in fashion design with at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within a premium or international environment
• A keen sense of fashion and trends
• Experience in the premium industry with technical expertise in techniques, development processes, trims, and extensive market knowledge
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Conceptional and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent organizational skills, assertiveness, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure, open-minded, and a team player
