We are looking for a Senior Designer BOSS Menswear (m/f/d).

What you can expect:

• Creative Design Input.
• Thematic and qualitative implementation of the season's trends based on the briefing by Concept Design, ensuring the visibility of BOSS DNA in each garment.
• Design and develop styles for each product group in collaboration with Head of Design Peter Bona.
• Guidance and coordination of the product development process internally and externally, following up on prototype realization from sketch to SMS production release.
• Proactive development in executing sketches, fabric direction, and ideas, as well as leading fitting sessions.
• Collaborate closely with Concept Design, Brand Management, Trim R&D, Collection Coordination, Pattern Design, and Technical Development.
• Strategic thinking regarding processes, workflow, design, and collection direction.
• Implement the company's strategic guidelines and participate in workshops and projects.
• Research trends and innovations, conduct benchmark analysis of competitors, store checks, and market visits.

Your profile:

• Education in fashion design and/or at least 6+ years of professional experience in outerwear design and development within an international environment.
• A keen sense of fashion and trends, with strong conceptual thinking.
• Excellent organizational skills, assertiveness, communication skills, and a positive attitude.
• Entrepreneurial mindset in collection development.
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of the creation process.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office, and SAP/PLM.
• Fluent in English.
