Your job :

• Lead the setup and optimization of centralized 247 monitoring operations in large-scale environments
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure proper feedback loops and continuous improvement processes
• Establish, document, and refine operational processes, workflows, and incident management practices
• Act as a subject matter expert for monitoring and observability platforms and mentor internal teams
• Drive the integration of monitoring tools across the IT landscape and ensure proactive alerting and reporting mechanisms are in place
• To Create user-friendly software and products, ensuring they meet user expectations and deliver seamless user experiences
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality design solutions aligned with business objectives
• Present innovative design concepts and actively contribute to shaping the overall design vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Your profile :

• 10+ years of experience in IT operations with a focus on centralized monitoring in large corporate environments
• Proven track record of working within or leading 247 monitoring teams
• Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience with at least two of the following platforms : NewRelic SPLUNK Uptrends AppDynamics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in setting up effective incident response and escalation procedures
