As a Senior Demand Planning Manager at Westwing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s demand planning strategy across our entire portfolio. You will take ownership of developing and refining data-driven forecasting processes, ensuring they not only support accurate planning but also enable proactive, strategic decision-making. Leveraging analytical expertise, you will assess historical performance, market dynamics, and promotional impacts to drive actionable insights. Partnering closely with stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Retail Campaigns, you will align demand forecasts with commercial strategies, directly influencing seasonal stock planning, campaign execution, and long-term inventory optimisation. Your work will have a direct and measurable impact on forecast accuracy, operational efficiency, and revenue performance. This position is permanent and based in Munich.
