Your tasks

As a Senior Demand Planner (m/f/d), you will take ownership of our dynamic multi-channel demand planning process, driving data-driven decisions and ensuring our exciting product range reaches customers at the right time and place.

• Ownership of the end-to-end demand forecasting process across all sales channels (B2C e-commerce and B2B retail, including grocery and drugstore chains)
• Consolidation and analysis of sell-in and sell-out data from online and offline channels to create accurate, data-driven demand forecasts
• Alignment of forecasts with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure optimal inventory and service levels
• Monitoring of forecast accuracy and continuous improvement of forecasting models and processes
• Development and implementation of demand planning strategies to support product launches, promotional activities, and seasonal peaks
• Creation of detailed forecast reports and scenario analyses to support business decisions
• Close collaboration with key retail customers to understand demand trends and align replenishment strategies

Your profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including experience in demand planning, preferably within the food, FMCG, or retail sector
• Strong understanding of retail demand dynamics
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented with strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners
• Proactive mindset with a hands-on attitude and a drive for continuous improvement
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
