It is led by Senior Delivery Station Managers who bring the team together to push excellence in safety, quality, and productivity across our sites. At your site, you will lead other managers and create operational plans to help your teams meet their targets. This role focuses on driving operational excellence to shape the future of Amazon.
You will have ultimate ownership of an entire Delivery Station, leading teams, monitoring performance, and seeking ways to improve the customer experience. Your day-to-day involves managing operations, collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing performance metrics, and mentoring your team to achieve top results.
Amazon Logistics (AMZL) handles last-mile delivery in partnership with third-party providers. We focus on continuous improvement to deliver millions of products smoothly, including new concepts like Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, and Amazon Restaurants. Our operations are 24/7, with teams working overnight and on the road through Amazon Flex. We innovate to enhance customer experience, reduce logistics challenges, and minimize our carbon footprint using advanced vehicles and technology.
