• Take on a responsible role in the implementation of artificial intelligence in a new line of business in an international environment (with occasional traveling)
• Work in close collaboration with a diverse team of 30 data scientists from different disciplines to develop new research approaches
• Design innovative data models using state-of-the-art machine learning technologies and utilize the full potential of advanced artificial intelligence
• Develop and implement modern computer vision, large language model, and multimodal approaches to optimize our digital solutions
• Develop your own foundation models, specifically tailored to the requirements of the insurance industry

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in mathematics, (business) computer science, engineering, physics, data science, or a comparable education
• Ideally 5 years of professional experience, sound knowledge of data analysis, experience in applying data science methods with tools such as Python, and knowledge of machine learning and deep learning
• Proactive working style, analytical mindset, conceptual strength, and the ability to explain complex issues understandably
• Very good written and spoken English and Spanish skills; knowledge of German is a plus
