Tasks

Exploratory Data Analysis & Insights
  • Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, predict user behavior and optimize key performance metrics (e.g., retention, ROAS).
Machine Learning & Predictive Analytics
  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics, recommendation systems and anomaly detection.
  • Optimize data-driven strategies through AI/ML applications.
Data Engineering & Pipeline Development
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation and high-quality model inputs.
A/B Testing & Experimentation
  • Design and execute rigorous A/B tests to validate hypotheses and assess the impact of new features.
AI/ML Integration & Collaboration
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into enterprise applications.
  • Ensure smooth deployment and scalability of machine learning models.
Data-Driven Leadership & Best Practices
  • Act as a thought leader, promoting data-driven decision-making and implementing best practices across the company.
Requirements
Must-Have
  • Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience applying data science methodologies in production environments.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch) and SQL for data manipulation and model development.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms (Databricks) and big data technologies (Spark).
  • Proven experience deploying machine learning models at scale.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Ability to explain complex mathematical and ML concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a team player mindset.
  • Comfortable mentoring others and advocating for software engineering best practices in data science.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with advanced experimentation techniques (causal inference, A/B testing, media mix modeling).
  • Experience with deep learning and time series forecasting for business applications.
  • Hands-on experience with ML monitoring tools (e.g., MLflow).
  • Background in AdTech or marketing analytics.
