- Product Leadership: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of owning data products or platforms that enable enterprise analytics and operational use cases
- Data Fluency: Comfortable working with data directly—able to write and interpret SQL, understand data lineage, and collaborate with engineers to validate pipeline functionality and usability
- Modern Tooling Knowledge: Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and familiarity with modern data stack technologies (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, Airflow, data cataloging platforms)
- Stakeholder Engagement:Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to lead discussions, align on priorities and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
