Your profile with a passion for aviation:

  • Product Leadership: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of owning data products or platforms that enable enterprise analytics and operational use cases
  • Data Fluency: Comfortable working with data directly—able to write and interpret SQL, understand data lineage, and collaborate with engineers to validate pipeline functionality and usability
  • Modern Tooling Knowledge: Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and familiarity with modern data stack technologies (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, Airflow, data cataloging platforms)
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to lead discussions, align on priorities and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Governance Awareness:Working knowledge of data governance, access control, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and how they impact product design and delivery
  • Execution & Agility:Comfortable managing trade-offs in a fast-paced environment—able to shift between tactical execution and long-term product thinking without losing momentum
  • Strategic Thinking:Demonstrated ability to shape product strategy, align roadmaps to business goals and drive cross-functional execution that scales with company growth
  • Languages: business-fluent english skills and a good command in german, both written and spoken

Your future tasks:

  • Strategy: Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products that empower scalable analytics, operational excellence and business decision-making across Condor
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Serve as the strategic voice of internal customers—actively gathering feedback, translating needs into features and shaping high-impact data products that deliver measurable value
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:Partner closely with data engineering, analytics engineering, governance and business teams to align product priorities with both platform capabilities and business objectives
  • Product Discovery: Lead the evaluation, rollout, and continuous improvement of data tools and capabilities—e.g., data catalogs, observability, quality checks, or self-service interfaces—based on evolving user needs
  • Prioritization: Own and manage product backlog, feature prioritization, and roadmap planning using a structured, impact-driven approach—balancing short-term delivery with long-term scalability
  • Adoption & Enablement: Drive user adoption through well-documented, intuitive solutions; create feedback loops, training initiatives and product marketing strategies to ensure high engagement and value realization
  • Measurement:Define, track, and report on success metrics (e.g., usage, data quality, satisfaction, ROI) to guide product evolution, demonstrate value and inform strategic decisions
