Position : Senior Data Modeller - 3 to 6 month project (pharma Industry)

Location : Germany, Spain or Portugal

Remote Work Possibility : Full Remote

Type of Contract : Freelance

Mandatory Languages : English (C1 minimum)

We are seeking a Senior Data Modeller for a short-term project (3 to 6 months), focusing on conceptual data modelling. The ideal candidate is analytical, business-oriented, and skilled at bridging Business, IT, and Management gaps.

Your Role

1. Lead and support the development of conceptual data models using ontologies and semantics.
2. Conduct workshops, design training materials, and guide logical modelling processes.
3. Act as a coach and expert, providing frameworks to mature data modelling practices.
4. Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
5. Create diagrams and documentation to facilitate understanding and decision-making.

Your Profile

1. Proven experience in data modelling (conceptual / logical).
2. Strong business acumen with confidence in engaging Business, IT, and Management stakeholders.
3. Experience in conducting workshops and developing training or enablement materials.
4. Familiarity with ontologies, semantics, and conceptual modelling practices.
5. Experience in pharma is a plus, but relevant experience in other sectors is also valued.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
