Job Description:

The role involves developing a scalable cloud-based data infrastructure, shaping AWS-based data processing solutions, creating financial data warehouses, preparing and modeling data for analytics and AI, collaborating with data scientists and product teams, building dashboards, and sharing data best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Degree in computer science, mathematics, natural sciences, or similar with relevant experience
  • Experience designing and operating AWS data pipelines
  • Advanced SQL skills; experience with dbt is a plus
  • Strong Python skills, including PySpark; knowledge of Java and Kotlin is a plus
  • Experience with AWS services like S3, Athena, Redshift, Glue
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
  • Passion for well-architected, testable, documented code
  • Data-driven with the ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • Experience with agile frameworks like Scrum
  • Interest in financial services and markets
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Sense of humor and positive outlook
