Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a dedicated Agile, cross-functional team developing highly innovative digital data products for Vorwerk customers
• Design and implement robust data pipelines for AI applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into our products
• Optimize and scale data processing systems for efficient model training and inference
• Work on diverse projects spanning natural language processing, computer vision, and robotics
• Together with your team, you take end-to-end responsibility for technical and operational aspects of your deliveries
• Contribute to and benefit from regular exchanges in our communities
• Explore and propose new technologies by actively participating in conferences and training sessions to continuously enhance your knowledge and expertise in the field of data and AI

Requirements

• Proven experience in data engineering with a focus on AI and machine learning applications, DevOps, and CI/CD
• Ability to excel in an Agile and open environment
• Strong focus on customer value and customer experience
• Experience in languages and frameworks such as Python, Pytorch, Spark or Scala
• Experience in Data and Cloud Platforms, preferably AWS and Databricks
• Open and clear style of communication with the ability to communicate and interact internationally and with various stakeholders
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or other technical fields is considered a plus in addition to practical work experience
• Fluent English skills; German is a plus
