Job Description:

Your Tasks:

• Develop solutions on a leading-edge cloud-based platform for managing and analyzing large datasets.
• Design, develop, and deploy digital solutions ensuring adherence to the software development lifecycle in an agile setup.
• Create technical documentation.
• Analyze and decompose business requirements into technical functionalities.
• Produce clean and efficient code based on business requirements and specifications. Create notebooks, pipelines, and workflows in SCALA or Python to ingest, process, and serve data in our platform.
• Serve as a technical lead for junior and external developers.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of Nordex's development processes by engaging in retrospectives and proposing optimizations.

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed a technical degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience or certification in Databricks, SQL data warehousing, Azure Data Lakes.
• Strong experience in SQL, SCALA, Python. Desirable knowledge in Java/.NET.
• Knowledge of security protocols and devices such as stateful firewalls, IPS, VPN, IPSec, TLS, and L2-4 security.
• Strong initiative and hands-on mentality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, paired with intercultural competence.
• Very good knowledge of English; Spanish or German is desirable.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Willingness to learn new coding languages and technologies.
• Desire to work in agile teams with good communication skills.
• Resourcefulness and troubleshooting attitude.
• Availability to travel.
