YOUR ROLE

• Are you interested in creating value from data?
• Become part of our team and contribute to the development and optimization of Henkel’s data assets through innovative engineering practices
• Your role will involve designing, building, and maintaining a variety of data solutions, from analytics reporting pipelines to projects in data science, including GenAI applications
• Take on a diverse set of tasks within analytics, applying your expertise to contribute across different projects in the Henkel Consumer Brands
• Work collaboratively in our agile team setting, aiming for the swift delivery of high-quality data products

YOUR SKILLS

• Master’s degree in data engineering or a related field
• Experience in data engineering or data science, showcasing a history of developing and managing extensive data infrastructures
• Proficiency in Python and a good understanding of a cloud ecosystem, with a focus on cloud-based data solutions and services
• A strong base in software engineering principles, including familiarity with code reviews, automated testing, and CI / CD practices
• Demonstrated skills in data modeling, feature engineering, and managing model lifecycles
• English communication skills, both in writing and speaking, to facilitate productive collaboration in an international team setting
