We are currently on the lookout for a Senior Data Engineer who shares our passion for innovation and change and who will be part of our Data & AI Studio, where we define and build the best data products and strategies to meet our Clients' needs. This is a high-impact role where you will influence our data architecture, drive best practices, and help power critical business decisions through reliable and efficient data systems.

You will get the chance to:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that ingest structured and unstructured data from a variety of sources;

• Develop and optimize data architectures, including data lakes, data warehouses, and operational data stores, to support analytics and machine learning workloads;

• Implement and manage cloud-based data solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring high availability, performance, and security;

• Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to define data requirements and deliver reliable, efficient data solutions;

• Implement data validation, lineage tracking, and quality checks, supporting broader data governance and compliance initiatives;

• Optimize database performance and query efficiency to handle large-scale data workloads cost-effectively;

• Automate deployment and monitoring processes to ensure operational stability and continuous improvement of data pipelines;

• Promote best practices in data engineering, including code versioning, testing, documentation, and development workflow enhancements.

What will help you succeed:

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or a related field.

• Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java.

• Expertise in building ETL/ELT pipelines and working with big data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, and Airflow.

• Proficiency with SQL and experience in both relational and NoSQL databases.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native data services.

• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with tools like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.

• Knowledge of data modeling, data architecture, and data governance best practices.

• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
