Job summary

Tiger Resourcing Group in Europe seeks a senior Data Centre Security Lead to oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of complex security systems across multiple projects. You will lead technical teams, define standards, and coordinate with clients and partners to ensure on-time delivery.

Travel across Europe is required, with field and site work as a core part of the role. Strong background in security platforms, 팀 leadership, and a proactive, client-focused mindset will be essential

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data centre security systems, testing, designing and commissioning integrated security platforms.
• Proven leadership of Technical teams on complex security integration projects.
• Professional certifications such as Lenel OnGuard Expert, CCURE Level 4, or Genetec certification.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and commissioning of security systems across multiple data centre projects.
• Develop standardised commissioning protocols for consistent quality and performance.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and contractors to align with client standards and timelines.
• Create comprehensive documentation with observations, tests, and checklists.
• Build and mentor a team of Technical Specialists for data centre security systems.
• Establish best practices for commissioning and validation to raise technical excellence.
• Serve as the escalation point for advanced troubleshooting.
• Drive knowledge sharing across the organisation.
• Lead technical presentations and training sessions for clients.
• Scout and evaluate emerging tools and practices to boost efficiency and security.
• Collaborate with R&D to adapt solutions for client environments.
• Develop innovative approaches to persistent technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence & Project Delivery

What You’ll Bring

Experience and Expertise

• 5+ years ofexperience in data center security systems, with demonstrated expertise intesting, designing, and commissioning integrated security platforms
• Proven leadership of Technicalteams on complex security integration projects
• Advanced knowledge ofplatforms such as C-CURE, Lenel, Honeywell, S2, Genetec, Axis, or Milestone
• Deep understanding ofnetwork systems and equipment in high-stakes environments

Technical Qualifications

Where You'll Thrive

On the Move

Thisrole requires frequent travel throughout Europe (both local and international) withoccasional overnight stays.

Physical Requirements

Abilityto lift to 25 pounds regularly (and 100 occasionally), use personal protectiveequipment, and work effectively in environments with electrical components.
