We are seeking a Data Analyst (Payment) to join our Fintech team, contributing to the development of innovative financial products and solutions that support our global operations across 70+ countries.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand analytical needs and executing analytics roadmaps for Payment Analytics.
• Developing monitoring tools, performing deep-dive analyses, and providing insights for data-driven decisions.
• Analyzing high-volume data to improve business performance, monitor KPIs, and identify user behavior patterns.
• Demonstrating proficiency in coding and analytics approaches.
• Answering key questions with timely insights and proposing actionable recommendations.
• Proactively suggesting improvements to the Fintech setup.

Qualifications for success:

• Experience as a data analyst with impact on understanding payments.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Looker.
• Experience with online payments, PSP, issuer, acquirer, and card scheme data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with BigQuery and Airflow.
• Knowledge of Python and real-time data analytics.
• Understanding of statistical and econometric techniques.
