About your tasks :

• Lead the design and development of advanced Tabular data models to address companywide analytical needs.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of sophisticated Power BI Cloud dashboards for actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align data analytics with strategic objectives.
• Perform in-depth data analysis identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts fostering a culture of continuous learning within the analytics team.

Qualifications : About you :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst with demonstrated expertise in leading analytics projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI Cloud with a track record of creating scalable and efficient semantic models.
• Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with diverse teams translating technical findings into strategic insights.
• A natural leader who is passionate about mentoring others and driving organizational impact through data.
