Our newly created, internal Search Team focuses on enhancing the ABOUT YOU Search by building a scalable and performance-driven search product that meets our customers' evolving needs, improving user experience and success metrics.

We are seeking an Analyst (m/f/d) to join our Search Team. The Analyst will support search performance analysis, provide trend insights through monitoring and reporting, deliver data-driven recommendations for search relevance improvement, and increase team efficiency via automation processes.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other teams to align on search goals and priorities.
• Work with stakeholders to understand product objectives, define KPIs, and translate them into measurable search performance goals.
• Develop and maintain tracking systems, dashboards, and tools to monitor search performance, user behavior, and trends, ensuring timely data access for product managers.
• Analyze user queries, success rates, and click-through data to optimize search relevance and ranking algorithms.
• Provide insights on user interactions to enhance the user journey's efficiency and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process streamlining to boost team efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers to implement automated testing and QA for search features.

Who You Are

• Medior or Senior experience level
• Proficiency in SQL; Python knowledge is a plus
• Experience with tracking data (GA4 knowledge is a plus)
• Familiarity with version control and data warehouses (e.g., GitLab, Google BigQuery)
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio)
• Experience in data mining and cleaning
• Knowledge of user behavior analysis and visualization techniques
• Ability to work independently and drive topics forward
• Strong analytical skills, passion for working with numbers, and developing data-driven solutions
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex findings
• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
