Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Commercial Analytics team as part of our wider EMEA Marketing Data & Analytics function. You support our stakeholders with data projects, analyses and dashboards, making sure that data is at the heart of every decision we make!

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and implement scalable Power BI dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making across commercial teams
• Perform in-depth analysis to identify trends and drivers, providing actionable insights to support sales steering, customer service and lead management
• Build, implement and maintain machine learning models together with colleagues from Data Science and Engineering to predict customer behaviour
• Create automated data processes to improve efficiency in sales, service and lead management
• Collaborate closely with both commercial teams (Commercial Enablement, Lead Management, Customer Service, CX) and technical teams (Marketing Analytics, Data Engineering, Marketplace Management, Data Science, Product) to translate business needs into analytical solutions

Qualifications

• You hold a degree with an analytical focus (Statistics, Mathematics, Business Informatics, Economics, Finance, Controlling, Business Analysis, etc.)
• You possess 4+ years relevant experience in an analytical role, ideally in a commercial or sales-focused environment
• You are data-driven and passionate about numbers with the ability to explain complex findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a simple, crisp and concise way – visually and verbally
• You are proficient using programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python) and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) to process and analyse data, experience with data modelling and orchestration tools (dbt, Airflow) is a plus
• You show a high level of initiative and ability to thrive in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment
• You are fluent in English, German is a plus
