Job Description

• Own Growth Analytics Initiatives: Identify, scope, and deliver projects to enhance user growth, engagement, and monetization.
• Experimentation Leadership: Design and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments, iterating based on data.
• Actionable Product Insights: Provide recommendations for product features, onboarding, and personalization, tracking impact.
• Build & Maintain Dashboards: Develop real-time dashboards for KPIs using Power BI or similar tools.
• Drive Execution: Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketers, and Data Owners to implement insights.
• Lifecycle & Cohort Analysis: Conduct advanced analyses to identify growth levers and target high-value users.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor initiatives, measure impact, and iterate rapidly.
• Champion Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy and usability in collaboration with Data Engineering.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product or marketing analytics for web, fintech, or marketplace products.
• Expertise in SQL and proficiency in Python or R for modeling.
• Experience managing experimentation roadmaps.
• Hands-on with modern data warehouses (Databricks, dbt), Power BI, and tools like Snowplow, Unleash, Posthog.
• Proven ability to deliver models and analyses that influence product roadmaps.
• Strong storytelling skills to translate data into executive decisions.
• Growth mindset: quick learners, iterative, and team-oriented.
• Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
