As a Data Analyst in Growth at FINN, you will be at the heart of driving our user acquisition, retention, and revenue strategies through data-driven insights. By leveraging advanced analytics tools and techniques, you will uncover trends, forecast outcomes, and provide actionable recommendations that validate the impact of strategic decisions. This role is perfect for a proactive problem solver who thrives in a data-rich environment and is passionate about using data to support strategic decisions.

Why FINN?

  • Own the semantics of Growth data: Ensure a unified data language across the domain by standardizing key terminology, enabling deeper insights and faster decision-making for accelerated growth.
  • Craft Compelling Narratives: Transform complex data into visually appealing dashboards, reports, and data stories that clearly communicate status and support actionable insights.
  • Be a Data Evangelist: Partner with cross-functional business, tech, and data teams to continuously enhance data processes and tools, ensuring analytics are cutting-edge and impactful.

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics with a focus on Growth at a scale-up.
  • Proficiency in data visualization with Looker (or similar BI tools).
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis.
  • Advanced SQL modeling skills, understanding of modern data stacks, effective data warehousing, and experience with dbt.
  • Python skills with a strong willingness to learn more.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.

The annual salary range for this role is €73,000 - €85,000, influenced by experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, education, seniority, and performance. Compensation includes base salary plus VSOP, and is subject to change based on future assessments.
