Job Description

Help the SEO team within Bauer Xcel Media, one of Germany's biggest digital publishers, make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for the SEO team on data-related questions.
• Collaborate daily with the team to incorporate data into decision-making routines.
• Develop analytics solutions throughout the decision process—from hypothesis generation to monitoring.
• Connect data from various sources, working with data product managers and engineers.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in Data Analytics.
• Strong SQL skills, proficiency in Python or R, and experience with BI tools like PowerBI.
• Solid understanding of statistics and applying it to business problems.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Experience in online publishing or SEO is advantageous.
