Jobbeschreibung

As a Customer Success Manager (m / f / d), you will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer relationships
  • Project resource allocation
  • Structured project execution
  • Coordination of multiple projects simultaneously

Supporting

  • Customer satisfaction with direct ownership and contact
  • Assisting the Sales Team by increasing customer engagement, involving more stakeholders, and improving visibility of EcoG within the customer organization to identify risks and opportunities for co-development
  • Acting as an interface to the Systems Team to manage customer requirements, cooperation, and expectations
  • Collaborating with the R&D Team to prioritize development focus

What you can expect

In the first months, you will:

  • Dive deep into EcoG's solutions for customers
  • Understand the status of existing customers and how to apply EcoG solutions to support them
  • Meet with key stakeholders within existing customer organizations to understand their challenges
  • Identify and engage additional stakeholders within these organizations
  • Assist customers in driving their projects to success with our support

After six months, you will:

  • Help EcoG prioritize project development and support
  • Manage customer expectations and engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Oversee the pipeline of customer developments and their statuses

After one year, you will:

  • Experience the success of satisfied customers going live with reduced risk, better information, and faster delivery

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Strong business understanding, clear communication skills, and the ability to build good relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • A structured approach to work, capable of integrating various processes into an efficient workflow
  • A hands-on mindset to adapt to shifting circumstances and priorities
  • Project management experience with an understanding of organization and tasks
  • Good technical understanding of electrical systems and software
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written); German language skills are desirable

And likely have:

  • Good understanding of complete (hardware & software) solutions for Vehicle Charging, IoT, Availability, or Electrical Power Products; a degree in Electrical Engineering is an advantage
  • Experience managing projects with customer responsibility and ensuring customer success beyond the project scope
  • Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders, including project teams and C-level executives
  • Experience working in large, complex, fast-paced, international organizations

Additional experience in:

  • Change management, organizational development, IoT solutions, or innovation spaces
  • Communication, coaching, and design methods and models
