We are currently seeking a (Senior) Customer Success Manager to join our team at iO, a global digital asset infrastructure for financial institutions and enterprises. As a (Senior) Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering our product to the customer. In this role, you will engage our customers to build an effective strategic partnership by driving and executing expansion and adoption activities, demonstrating technical best practices, and building and developing new relationships. You will drive annual recurring revenue (ARR) through expansion and success planning activities. You will work closely with our CPO to develop strategies that align with our company goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, excellent presentation skills and a deep understanding of the finance and digital assets market.
