We're now looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who will be pivotal in driving the strategic success of our clients and shaping Almedia's future growth in the rewarded ad ecosystem. You'll directly impact Almedia's success by leading client relationships, guiding advertising campaigns, and implementing data-driven insights to deliver measurable outcomes. This role offers the chance to make a real difference through proactive problem-solving, strategic upselling, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do
  • Strategically Advise & Grow Client Accounts: Serve as a strategic advisor, guiding advertisers through Almedia's rewarded ecosystem, optimizing their campaigns, and identifying opportunities to significantly increase their ad spend and expand their portfolios.

  • Drive Data-Driven Campaign Optimization: Lead the setup, tracking, and continuous performance analysis of advertising campaigns on our platform, utilizing insights to meet key client KPIs and ensure sustained success and ROI.

  • Provide Competitive & Industry Insights: Deliver in-depth analysis of campaign performance on Almedia, alongside insights into the latest industry trends and competitive landscape, empowering clients to make informed strategic decisions.

  • Champion Scalable CS Processes & Innovation: Help architect the future of Almedia's Customer Success operations by contributing to scalable process development and exploring creative growth strategies that will ensure our long-term client and team success.

  • Collaborate Cross-functionally for Client Success: Work closely with our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to advocate for client needs, resolve complex challenges, and contribute to the evolution of our platform.

What You'll Bring
  • Client Success & Ad-Tech Experience: Proven experience in client success, account management, or business development, specifically within digital advertising, gaming, or app industries.

  • Analytical & Data Proficiency: You're highly analytical and detail-oriented, capable of using data and analytics tools to deeply understand campaign performance and shape effective strategies.

  • Industry & Competitive Insight: Strong understanding of ad-tech trends, competitive analysis, and best practices in digital advertising, enabling you to provide valuable counsel to clients.

  • Strategic Communication & Relationship Building: Clear, persuasive communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation abilities, essential for building robust client relationships and making data-informed decisions.

  • Technical Knowledge & Troubleshooting: Familiarity with digital advertising and campaign tracking tools, including comfort with technical integrations.

  • Bonus: Direct experience with rewarded traffic, tracking setups, or Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs).
