Senior Customer Relationship Manager - HNW Clients – Digital Assets

Your Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HNWIs, family offices and institutional clients, acting as their trusted advisor for all their financial needs.
Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience with tailored solutions.
Customer Retention and Growth: Focus on customer retention strategies, proactively addressing concerns, and ensuring client needs are met. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize customer value.
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and meeting with them virtually and onsite to strengthen the relationship. Represent the company at private events, briefings, and key relationship moments.
Customer Lifecycle Management: Guide clients through their entire journey, from onboarding to ongoing relationship management, ensuring they receive exceptional service at every stage.
