Job Description

• Contribute to the design and execution of the company-wide sustainability strategy across national and international operations. Manage sustainability-related projects, including timelines, stakeholder coordination, and implementation. Develop and execute annual CSR benchmarks, goals, and performance tracking.
• Lead or support the preparation of comprehensive sustainability reports, including data governance, KPI definition, analysis, and narrative development.
• Manage reporting processes for external ESG frameworks and ratings (e.g., Ecovadis, CDP, CSRD), ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
• Coordinate and respond to sustainability-related requests for information from customers, partners, and stakeholders. Drive and maintain internal and external sustainability communications, including intranet/internet content, newsletters, and corporate presentations.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments in sustainability (e.g., CSRD, ESRS), ensuring compliance and proactive risk management.
• Collaborate with business units, subsidiaries, and cross-functional teams to align sustainability practices with corporate objectives.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field plus 3–5+ years of professional experience in CSR, sustainability, ESG reporting, or related areas.
• Solid understanding of sustainability standards and frameworks (e.g., CSRD, GRI, TCFD, UN SDGs, Ecovadis, CDP).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data reporting and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with ESG data tools or dashboards is a plus.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and collaborate across teams. Experience in an international or matrixed organization preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, both written and verbal. Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
