As a Sr CRM Specialist, engagement and retention, you will play a pivotal role in leading and shaping our CRM strategies, with a focus on a balanced mix of 50% operational tasks and 50% strategic initiatives. Your expertise will be essential in optimising our CRM engagement and retention efforts to align with the company's overarching goals and objectives.
