We are looking for a motivated (Senior) CRM Marketing Manager (m/f/d) in the international e-commerce environment. In this key role, you will take on full responsibility for both national and international CRM marketing with a focus on Email Communications, ensuring operational excellence and driving customer engagement through innovative, data-driven strategies.

With your expertise, you will design and execute CRM initiatives, particularly focusing on Email Marketing, that foster customer loyalty, unlock growth potential, and deliver outstanding experiences across the entire customer journey. At the same time, you will contribute to international expansion and operational efficiency — helping to scale the business and support its long-term strategic goals.

In this role, you’ll:
  • Have independent ownership of CRM marketing on both strategic and operational levels
  • Be responsible for the conception, execution, and automation of CRM campaigns along the entire customer journey
  • Further develop of existing communication channels as well as testing and implementing new ones (e.g., WhatsApp or SMS)
  • Active monitor of KPIs and conduct data-driven analyses to identify untapped potential
  • Develop and implement personalisation and segmentation concepts
Your Profile
  • Degree in Marketing, (Digital) Communications, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in CRM marketing, ideally in an e-commerce environment
  • Strong planning, management, and accountability skills in CRM marketing combined with a data-driven working style
  • Experience with CRM marketing tools, creating newsletters, and segmenting target groups
  • High level of initiative, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities
  • Business-fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

Please note that we are looking for support in the Stuttgart office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
