C&A is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to define and implement the CRM communication strategy across campaigns, newsletters, and onsite messages. You will translate engagement targets into a multichannel calendar and coordinate with marketing analytics to optimize outcomes.

In a cross-functional, international setting, you will orchestrate campaigns across markets, manage agencies, and optimize customer journeys with data-driven insights.

Qualifikationen

• Strong track record in strategic CRM campaign management across retail, fashion, or e-commerce.
• Ability to define contact strategies and translate business goals into CRM campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, especially Emarsys, and similar tools.
• Expertise building multichannel campaign calendars and data-driven optimization.
• Experience managing agencies and external partners at scale.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior-level influencing skills.

Your responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall CRM communication strategy, ensuring integration with overarching C&A campaigns, newsletters, and onsite communication
• Translate consumer engagement targets into a comprehensive multichannel campaign calendar together with marketing stakeholders and analytics
• Orchestrate campaign planning and implementation across marketing channels, sales channels, countries, and CRM platforms
• Brief and co-create content with digital content and design teams to optimize the customer journey and deliver relevant, engaging communication
• Set clear campaign objectives, monitor performance, and generate insights to inform future activities
• Build and scale a test-and-learn framework with analytics to continuously improve campaign performance
• Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring high-quality and efficient campaign execution
• Work in a cross-functional environment and act as a bridge between CRM and marketing, aligning priorities across teams and stakeholders

What you bring

• Strong track record in strategic CRM campaign management, ideally in retail, fashion, or e-commerce across multiple markets
• Proven ability to define contact strategies and translate business goals into impactful CRM campaigns
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Emarsys or similar tools), with a focus on strategic application
• Expertise in building multichannel campaign calendars and optimizing performance through data-driven insights
• Experience managing agencies and external partners to deliver at scale
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at a senior level
