C&A in Düsseldorf is seeking a CRM Manager for a 24-month position. You will be a key player in driving impactful customer campaigns that enhance engagement, loyalty, and growth. Responsibilities include defining strategies in collaboration with marketing teams and optimizing the membership customer journey through effective campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM platforms and a strong background in executing customer campaigns, preferably within retail or e-commerce environments. Strong analytical skills and fluency in both German and English are required.
