Freenow by Lyft in Berlin is seeking a senior CRM Manager to lead global lifecycle marketing and retention initiatives. You will design data-driven campaigns across multiple channels and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and regional teams.

Bring 5+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing, hands-on Braze experience, strong project management, and excellent English communication. This role offers flexible working arrangements and growth within a fast-paced, international business.

• Define and implement lifecycle strategies to activate, engage and retain users across 9 markets.
• Own end-to-end automation creation across channels (email, push, in-app, SMS).
• Advise and coach junior team members on CRM best practices for global and local initiatives.
• Optimize performance using behavioral data and A/B testing; reduce friction in the journey.
• Lead cross-functional projects: dashboards, lifecycle segmentation, process optimization, experimentation frameworks.
• Manage and optimize CRM automations aligned with lifecycle stages and priorities.
• Identify business opportunities and collaborate with Marketing, Product, local teams and North American counterparts.

We are looking for a senior CRM Manager to join our diverse and driven team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in achieving ambitious growth targets by engaging and retaining our global user base through impactful, data-driven CRM strategies.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE

• maximise customer value by defining and implementing lifecycle strategies that activate, engage and retain users across our 9 markets
• Own end-to-end automation creation process, from ideation to execution, across multiple channels (email, push notifications, in-app, SMS…)
• Advise and coach more junior team members on best in class CRM for global and local initiatives, ensuring the right message reaches the right user at the right time
• Optimise performance using behavioural data, designing and analysing A/B tests, and reduce friction in the customer journey
• Lead cross-functional projects, such as dashboard creation, lifecycle segmentation, process optimisation, and experimentation frameworks
• Manage and optimise CRM automations, aligning communications and themes with lifecycle stages and business priorities
• Identify business opportunities and bring them to life together with Marketing, Product, local teams and North American counterparts

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement – ideally at a regional or global level
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (experience with Braze is a plus)
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams, markets, levels and time zones
• Ability to effectively prioritise and manage a diverse set of initiatives in a fast-paced environmentA data-driven mindset, using both quantitative and qualitative insights to inform decisions
• Excellent communication skills in English (other European languages are a plus)
