Freenow by Lyft is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to help grow and retain our global user base across 9 markets. You will craft data-driven lifecycle marketing, design cross-channel campaigns, and own end-to-end delivery.

Collaborating with Marketing, Product and local teams, you will lead experiments, dashboards and segmentation initiatives to drive measurable impact and improve engagement.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement at regional/global level.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms; Braze is a strong plus.
• Strong project and stakeholder management with ability to influence across teams.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
• Excellent English communication; additional European languages are a plus.

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join our diverse and driven team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in achieving ambitious growth targets by engaging and retaining our global user base through impactful, data-driven CRM strategies.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• As part of the central CRM team, you will: design and execute CRM strategies that activate, engage and retain users across our 9 markets
• Own end-to-end campaign delivery, from ideation to execution, across multiple channels
• Advise on global and local initiatives, ensuring the right message reaches the right user at the right time
• Drive experimentation and optimisation, setting up A/B tests, analysing results, and turning insights into actionable improvements
• Lead cross-functional projects, such as dashboard creation, lifecycle segmentation, process optimisation, and experimentation frameworks
• Manage and optimise the campaign calendar alongside automations, aligning communications with lifecycle stages and business priorities
• Act as a the main point of contact for your area of CRM, collaborating closely with Marketing, Product and local teams

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement – ideally at a regional or global level
• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (experience with Braze is a strong plus)
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams and markets
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment
• A data‑driven mindset, using both quantitative and qualitative insights to inform decisions
• Excellent communication skills in English (other European languages are a plus)
