Freenow by Lyft is seeking a senior CRM Manager to engage and retain our global user base through data-driven CRM strategies. You will join a diverse, growth-focused team and influence CRM across multiple markets.

In this role you will own end-to-end automation across channels, coach junior teammates, and lead cross-functional projects to optimise customer journeys. Excellent English required; other European languages are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or engagement at regional/global scale.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Braze a plus).
• Strong project and stakeholder management, ability to influence across teams and time zones.
• Data-driven mindset using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform decisions.
• Excellent English communication; other European languages are a plus.

We are looking for a senior CRM Manager to join our diverse and driven team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in achieving ambitious growth targets by engaging and retaining our global user base through impactful, data-driven CRM strategies.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• As part of the central CRM team, you will: maximise customer value by defining and implementing lifecycle strategies that activate, engage and retain users across our 9 markets
• Own end-to-end automation creation process, from ideation to execution, across multiple channels (email, push notifications, in-app, SMS…)
• Advise and coach more junior team members on best in class CRM for global and local initiatives, ensuring the right message reaches the right user at the right time
• Optimise performance using behavioural data, designing and analysing A/B tests, and reduce friction in the customer journey
• Lead cross-functional projects, such as dashboard creation, lifecycle segmentation, process optimisation, and experimentation frameworks
• Manage and optimise CRM automations, aligning communications and themes with lifecycle stages and business priorities
• Identify business opportunities and bring them to life together with Marketing, Product, local teams and North American counterparts

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLe:

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement – ideally at a regional or global level
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (experience with Braze is a plus)
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams, markets, levels and time zones
• Ability to effectively prioritise and manage a diverse set of initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• A data-driven mindset, using both quantitative and qualitative insights to inform decisions
• Excellent communication skills in English (other European languages are a plus)
