YOUR MISSION
- Define, lead and execute the CRM roadmap for PUMA European eCommerce (25+ markets) to drive value for our consumers and business results
- Drive engagement, retention and consumer centric initiatives. Partner with relevant internal players to champion acquisition opportunities
- Lead the relationship and oversee/act on the creation and sending of all email marketing communications with our ESP, referral partner program partner and internal teams
- Lead segmentation and marketing automation roadmap and efforts, using data insights to guide continuous improvement
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer experiences across brand and commercial moments
- Lead, develop, mentor own team members, fostering hands on, collaborative and continuous learning culture within the channel and in the broader marketing and e-com team
- Partner with the Global CRM to develop strategic projects relevant for the European market
YOUR TALENT
- 5 or more years experience proven track record and results in CRM, loyalty or consumer engagement roles within a fast-paced, direct-to-consumer environment
- Team management experience
- Familiarity and high comfort level working in email service providers/CRM platforms and analytics tools (experience with Emarsys is an advantage)
- Strong Experience with testing design and methodologies, personalization, and marketing automations
- Strong Experience with audience segmentation
- Consumer-first mindset with a deep understanding of the digital landscape, innovations, and best practices
- Proven analytical skills with strong understanding of industry KPIs and ability to translate insights into actions
- Hands on, Solution-oriented with a penchant for strategic thinking and problem solving
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience with omnichannel marketing and integrated consumer journeys
- Retail, sportswear, or fashion industry experience/interest highly preferred
- Fluency and work proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus.
