Juit in Berlin is seeking a strategic( senior) CRM Manager to own and optimize CRM & Lifecycle, build scalable customer journeys, and drive personalization/segmentation. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, BI, and Tech to continually enhance the customer experience and loyalty.

The role requires proactive, self-directed work with excellent German and English communication, and a results-focused mindset in a fast-growing company.

• As (Senior) CRM Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of the Marketing team and will be the interface to our community. In this role, you will promote continuous contact, provide inspiration, and set impulses to maintain the close relationship with our customers
• You continuously develop and optimize our CRM and Lifecycle Strategy
• You build scalable Customer Journeys and Automations and further develop them
• You are responsible for the CRM Roadmap and drive our Personalization and Segmentation Strategy
• You develop new CRM initiatives to increase Retention, Customer Lifetime Value, and Loyalty
• You work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, BI, and Tech) to continuously optimize the Customer Experience
• You establish a data-driven Test and Experimentation Culture within CRM
