(Senior) Creator Success Manager - German Speaker

Tasks

What we’re looking for :

We’re seeking a (Senior) Creator Success Manager to build long-term relationships with the world's top creators and premium brands. You should be a proven creator manager, passionate about the creator economy, social media, and the future of social shopping. Your daily responsibilities will include all aspects of creator acquisition, from strategy development to campaign planning, execution, and analysis.

If you are passionate about building the market leader in the creator economy and making a real impact, this role is for you!

Your responsibilities :

Discover and test new channels for creator acquisition

• Optimize existing campaigns through A/B testing of new ideas
• Build long-term relationships with top creators and connect them to premium brands
• Assist creators in going from zero to one and making a living using Zezam's technology

Requirements

Who you are :

• At least 2 years of experience as a professional creator manager
• Strong background in influencer marketing, agency business, or talent management
• Entrepreneurial spirit and openness to new projects, viewing challenges as growth opportunities
• Ownership mentality
• Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of building lasting relationships with creators and brands
• Excited to lay the groundwork for scaling the creator success team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to understand creators' needs and help them grow — your superpower
• Methodical approach to planning and executing projects
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Experience working in a high-growth startup is a plus
