Senior Creative Lead (m/f/d)

Your mission

Sunst Studio is looking for a Senior Creative Lead to join our team in Berlin Kreuzberg. In this full-time role, you’ll take the lead on a high-impact account, shaping concepts and steering creative excellence from start to finish. You’ll work closely with producers, guide our talented team, and help deliver work that’s bold, refined, and rooted in cultural relevance.

1. You’ll lead the development of design concepts—sketching ideas, creating design directions, and crafting thoughtful briefs that keep the team aligned and inspired.
2. You’ll collaborate closely with the producer, shaping the creative vision and making sure the work consistently hits our high standards.
3. You’ll own the creative production process from top to bottom—keeping a sharp eye on every detail as ideas evolve into final deliverables.
4. You’ll build polished, impactful presentation decks that clearly communicate creative intent—for everything from brand activations to broader concept pitches.
5. You’ll lead conversations with clients, presenting ideas with confidence and helping them connect with the vision behind the work.
6. You’ll support and mentor the design team, creating space for experimentation, collaboration, and creative growth.

Your profile

1. You’ve got 5–6 years of experience as an Art Director or Creative Lead, with a portfolio that shows strong visual thinking and conceptual depth.
2. Ideally, you're already based in Berlin or open to relocating for the right opportunity.
3. You bring retail & brand experience to the table—able to design for real-world environments while creating powerful, on-brand activations.
4. You're innovation-curious: always exploring new creative tools and ideas, while keeping your work visually intentional and design-led.
5. You’ve led end-to-end productions, managing everything from early ideas to the final rollout—always with precision and a calm, can-do mindset.
6. You thrive in the details. Timelines, deliverables, quality checks—you’ve got it handled without ever losing creative focus.
7. Your background in graphic design gives your work a strong visual foundation, and you're comfortable working across formats. 3D skills (SketchUp, Rhino, Blender, etc.) are a big plus.
8. You’re a great communicator—clear, confident, and able to bring clients and teams along for the ride.
