Seedtag is looking for a seasoned Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will provide strategic legal advice to support business growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a legal role within an international company. Prior experience as an in-house lawyer in the media or AdTech sector is highly valued.

You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements, including General Terms, service agreements, partnerships, and other key legal documents. Additionally, you will oversee Compliance and Data Protection programs across the organization and lead the implementation of legal guidelines and templates.
