Are you a strategic deal-maker passionate about driving growth? Freenow is looking for a Senior Corporate Development Manager to lead M&A and strategic initiatives, working closely with C-level leaders to shape our growth strategy. From sourcing opportunities and building financial models to managing due diligence, negotiations, and integration, you’ll play a key role in high-impact decisions.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Lead financial modeling, valuation, and business case development to support deal recommendations and executive decision-making.
  • Manage end-to-end M&A processes, including due diligence, stakeholder coordination, negotiations support, and integration planning.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal teams and external advisors, fostering transparency and accountability throughout deal execution.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, aligning legal, finance, operations, and business unit leaders on responsibilities and expectations during transactions.
  • Take full ownership of deliverables, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with organizational goals, while proactively resolving issues.
  • Adapt strategies and problem-solve under pressure, maintaining composure in high-stakes negotiations and shifting market conditions.
  • Support post-deal integration efforts, ensuring smooth execution, cultural alignment, and delivery of expected synergies.
  • Manage external Due Diligence providers, from scoping to selection to day-to-day management.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
  • M&A Expertise: 7+ years in investment banking, transaction services, or corporate development preferred, with strong buy-side due diligence and post-merger integration experience.
  • Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of corporate strategy, growth planning, and tech industry trends.
  • Deal-Making & Execution: Proven track record in structuring, negotiating, and delivering high-stakes transactions end-to-end.
  • Analytical & Technical Skills: Advanced financial modeling, business analysis, and proficiency with digital tools and tech business models.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and resilience to thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments
  • Fluency in German and English
