Symrise is seeking a Senior Corporate Controller to join its Corporate Controlling Team at the global headquarters in Holzminden, Germany. The role covers financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and performance analysis, contributing to strategic decisions.

You will work with SAP and MS Office, leveraging five-plus years in finance and controlling to drive insights, optimize processes, and support management with clear, data-driven recommendations.

Qualifikationen

• Completed university degree in finance or a similar subject.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance and controlling.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and advanced MS Office skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and leadership ambition as well as excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in both verbal and written English; German is a plus.

Your Role

As Senior Corporate Controller (m/f/d) you will be part of our Corporate Controlling Team consisting of 12 colleagues. As part of our team you will be mainly responsible for financial reportings, budgeting & forecasting as well as performance analysis.
This requisition is a fulltime position to be located in our global headquarter in Holzminden, Germany.

• You are responsible for our monthly, quarterly and annual financial management reportings.
• You support annual budgeting processes and financial forecasting.
• You conduct performance analysis for sales, cost structures and development.
• You provide actionable insights for our management.
• You develop and enhance the controlling processes and system landscape.

Your Profile

• You successfully completed your university degree in finance or a similar subject.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in finance and controlling.
• You have a strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and advanced MS Office skills.
• You have strong analytical capabilities and leadership ambition as well as excellent communication skills.
• You are fluent in both verbal and written english and ideally have a good command in another major language such as German.
